The Administration reserves the right, in its discretion, to change and (or) add these Terms at any time without prior and (or) further notifications.
By continuing to use CYNA after any changes you agree to be bound by those changes and (or) additions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you should not use CYNA. Please review this page regularly to get acquainted with the version of the Terms that is in force at the relevant time.
1.1 The use of any materials on CYNA, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, scripts, programmes (hereinafter - the Content), to which you have access solely for your personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided that all copyright marks or other authorship notices, name of the author and the content of the work remain unchanged.
1.2. It is allowed to copy the materials of CYNA and post them on other sites only with an active hyperlink to CYNA.NEWS.
• A link can lead to CYNA.NEWS domain or to the page from which you have copied our material (at your discretion);
• You should put an active link to CYNA on each page of your site where our materials are available;

2. Copyright memorandum
News feeds, newsletters, bulletins and other information products and materials that are subject to copyright, as well as photographs, videos and graphics of CYNA are copyrighted under the copyright laws.
All the texts and materials posted on site CYNA.NEWS are owned by CYNA.
CYNA has the exclusive right to use all the texts and materials created by its employees, as well as others on the instructions of the Administration.
According to the Law of the Russian Federation “On Mass Media” (Article 23) it is obligatory to quote CYNA by any media while using its information products.
3. Sites and Third Party Content
3.1. CYNA contains (or may contain) links to other websites (third party sites) as well as music, sounds, information and other Content belonging to or originating from the third parties (Third Party Content).
3.2. The CYNA Administration does not check these third parties and their Content for compliance with any requirements (the accuracy, integrity or quality etc.). The CYNA administration is not responsible for any content posted on third-party sites to which you have access via CYNA or via the Third Parties’ Content, including any opinions or statements expressed on the Third Parties’ Sites or in their Content.
4. The use of personal information
The Administration will not collect any personal information about you when you use CYNA, if you do not voluntarily provide such information in any way. The administration undertakes to use so provided information only for the purpose for which you provide it. The Administration keeps archive copies of such information, including related correspondence. The company will not disclose this information to any unaffiliated third parties unless required by law. When you inform the Administration about your personal information via CYNA you consent to the use of this information.
5.1. Under no circumstances the Administration or its representatives are liable to you or to any third parties for indirect, incidental, and consequential damages (including damages for loss of profits, loss of information, damage to the honor, dignity or business reputation) caused in connection with the use of CYNA.NEWS, its content or other materials which became available to you via CYNA, even if the Administration has warned of or indicated to the possibility of such damage.
6. Closing provisions
6.1. These Terms constitute the agreement between you and the Administration concerning the use of CYNA and its services and supersede all previous agreements between you and the Administration.
6.2. In the event that one or more provisions hereof become invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this will not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions.
