A marble staircase leads to the pyramid top where the hall “Besyk” (“Cradle”) is situated. A glass dome symbolizes Astana sky. 130 pigeons on the dome are the image of all Kazakhstan peoples as the main idea of this wonderful pyramid is the unity of different religions, cultures and nations.
The Palace has become the biggest place in the world which aims to hold intercultural and international events. You can see the pyramid everywhere in Kazakhstan capital. Due to backlighting it seems that the structure floats above the city.
